Our Collection Pistachio Pesto and King Prawn Trofie combines tender, sweet, responsibly sourced Honduran king prawns with individually rolled bronze die-cut trofie pasta. The aromatic pesto, made with roasted garlic, basil, pistachios and Parmesan, has a deep, nutty flavour, while it's finished with peppery wild rocket.
