Description

Our elevated version of the classic, our wood-fired Collection Margherita Pizza is generously topped with fresh fragrant basil, creamy Italian mozzarella pearls, and a sprinkle of regato cheese to add a piquant flavour on our signature, slow-cooked Italian tomato sauce. Our pizzas are made with a blend of Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza flour. The dough is slow-fermented for 30 hours using a traditional process the Italians call 'Biga', for a complex flavour.
