Description

Our wood-fired Collection Chicken Arrabbiata Pizza is crafted with hand-stretched dough made from specialty-grade flours, for a beautifully charred crust. It's topped with our rich, slow-cooked Italian tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, fiery chilli-marinated pulled chicken, and sweet and spicy Roquito peppers for a burst of intense flavour. Our pizzas are made with a blend of the best Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza flour. The dough is slow-fermented for 30 hours using a traditional process the Italians call 'Biga', for a complex flavour.

Suitable for freezing. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.
