Description

Our wood-fired Collection Calabrian Pepperoni and 'Nduja Pizza is crafted with hand-stretched dough made from specialty-grade flours, for a beautifully charred crust. It's generously topped with thickly sliced Calabrian pepperoni, rich and spicy Calabrian 'Nduja and creamy Italian mozzarella pearls. Drizzle with the chilli-infused hot honey just before serving for a sweet, fiery finish.

Our pizzas are made with a blend of the best Italian 00 flour and strong white pizza flour. The dough is slow-fermented for 30 hours using a traditional process the Italians call 'Biga', for a complex flavour.
