This stylish bottle garden kit, with all the components ready for you to make your own individual creation, will add a touch of elegance to any home. Colours may vary slightly throughout the season.
Item details
- Dimensions: Total plant height- 31cm x W18cm
- Snip the corner off the bag of white sand and pour in the vase. Make sure the sand is level
- Snip the corner off the bag of green sand and pour on top to create a layered effect
- Carefully arrange the succulents any way you like in the sand to complete your terrarium
- Care- The succulents provided require very little watering. A weekly light misting is all that is required to keep them healthy. Tap water can be used, but soft water (eg rain water) is preferable if available
- A light, airy position with lots of natural light will help to keep the sand dry and the succulents healthy. However, direct full sun may scorch the leaves
- If this happens, place the glass planter in a more shaded position and remove any leaves that may have become brown and shriveled. After a few weeks you may notice new roots forming from the base of the plants
- This is natural and shows they are healthy. If the succulents grow too large for the glass planter they can be removed and replanted into a suitable pot, using a succulent soil mix
