Although I love this design, colour and style I feel it was rather overpriced. I had to return mine as it had a few little holes in it where the fabric was so thin.

I loved the picture of this top online but wondered if it might be a bit frilly and mutton-dressed-as-lamb on a 79 year-old. I’m delighted to report that it isn’t! It’s pretty and feminine without being over the top. I would say that it’s a slightly loose fit (I’m a size 10-12) so the size 10 was perfect. It’s years since I fell in love with something from the Per Una range as it seemed to have lost its way, but this is lovely. The only criticism I have is of M&S’s use of young, size 8, tall models, with olive or dark colouring - yes, the clothes look fabulous on them (despite the odd poses) but it’s hard to picture how they’d look on a larger, shorter, paler, older woman. A reality check please M&S!!

This blouse is beautiful, the style, fabric and everything make you feel really special. Can be worn day or night. Easy to get on, no fiddly buttons.
