I previusly borrowed an M&S slip from a friend (which was about 10 years old) and it was amazing so decided to invest. Some of the reviews were mixed so I took a chance and agree, they're not made to the same quality as they once were! Material very thin, didn't hide VPL or my wobbly bits and no padding in the bra. Disappointed

Not sure about this. I find the straps on other control wear a nuisance as they can be seen. I like the idea of this but wish it had a sweetheart neckline. Most of my dresses are a V neck. Returned.

You cannot wear this shaping slip with the straps, impossible to get it on without the straps coming off at the back, need to go back to the design drawing board on this one as it is a major fault. Waste of time and money

Bought slip more for “smoothing” than trying to hold everything in, and I wanted something that didn’t have thick built in shoulder straps, or shorts (to make it easier to use the loo). A little disappointed tbh, the straps are not very secure, and the top doesn’t really stay in place very well (that might be because I’m quite busty) I’ve only worn it once and it did ride up a little, and top rolled down a little, but it did smooth underwear lines a bit. It’s reasonably comfy and easy to get on, I didn’t have to wrestle with it . The quality is ok, that’s about the best I can say

Product is good quality , it is firm control but have had firmer , the bandeau does stay up and doesn’t roll which was pleasantly surprising ,also comes with detachable straps , all in all a good buy and would recommend

Works as a Bandeau slip but not with straps

The actual slip is firm control and is excellent. However, the straps are a nightmare and unhook very easily. Everytime I tried to slip my arm underneath the strap it unhooked at the back immediately. Wearing it as a bandeau non-strap slip is fine and Ill be wearing it like that in the summer. But I'm disappointed that the straps cannot be worn when needed. Good quality and firm control however, giving a smooth silhouette and smoothing out lumps and bumps.
