Essential Sleep Kit

Yes this is small, however it is a good price to try the products as buying them individually will cost a lot more. I have found the sleep spray a really nice smell one of the best I have used. The oil is beautiful and hand cream a nice last step before bed. I have purchased the candle separately to see how it helps me relax before bed and the whole process has worked.

I use this in full size and thought this would be great for my daughter who has trouble sleeping... When it arrived I couldn’t believe how tiny they were for the £20 price tag! So much so I ended up telling my daughter what I had bought, how much it was and that I would keep it myself for my travel bag....really didn’t want to send it as part of a birthday present as I’m sure she would rather have £20.. as a gift I wouldn’t recommend, if you need it when travelling yes ..the products are lovely

ordered this online for my daughter as a surprise for Christmas , as she loves this brand and has quite a stressful job, so needs something to help her relax and unwind. I thought this would be ideal,as a small stocking filler, or to take away on trips with her. Handy travel sizes and small enough to fit in ones luggage,too. Great value with the 20 per cent off, but rather expensive otherwise. Nice to see luxury brands at m&s now!
