Essence of Christmas Flower Bouquet

on delivery the flowers were dying and could not be revived, and the whole bouquet was a shambles. Sorry but on this occasion it was rubbish. We have used M& S flowers before and they were very good. On this occasion they were very disappointing for the recipient.

Only 3 carnations and the rest is foliage. Not worth the money.

My favourite gift of choice for Christmas for family and close friends. I have done it now for more years than I can remember and will continue for as long as I live (90 next year!) and my friends who are still alive and kicking.

I recieved these last year and couldn’t believe they were from marks And Spencer but as preasent from mother in law and being polite said they were nice this year recieved the same but as she brought five bunches she actually got to see one then phoned everyone else and all admitted how dissapointing they are one relative actually told her they looked like she just picked a load of branches from garden I had three carnations one of which was broke they must surely cost no more that £2 to put together you expect more from marks than these AWFUL avoid unfortunately if brought as Christmas gift a lot of people just to polite to tell the sender what a waste of money

The flowers were beautiful, especially for the price, and a lot better than Prestige Flowers, who I used to use, but wasn't happy when the flowers were thrown over our gate in the rain. A friend suggested M&S and it will be my preferred choice from now on. Great service and excellent website.

I have just taken delivery of this bouquet, sent as a present from a friend but am so disappointed with its contents. It looks nothing like that in the picture and the 3 carnations are lost in the coarseness of the other items. Does not make a pretty arrangement.
