I have been taking a sachet a day for 5 weeks & my skin is brighter, looks healthy & just looks ‘fresh’ & smoother. These have a ‘tropical’ flavour so I drink them straight from the sachet but you can add them to water

Not sure 2 weeks in still early days.
Bought this product to hopefully give my skin, hair and nail a boost. I take mine in a glass with a small amount of water. I have used this for just over 2 weeks , I have noticed my nails seem a lot stronger can't say that I've noticed any other changes. I have 2 weeks more to take so will possibly edit my post if i have more to add.
