It should have been easy to order this gift card but I found it confusing. When entering my friend's delivery address (it was a gift) it asked for a mobile number. Was this mine or my friend's? I didn't want to give out my friends number but couldn't continue with the order. When I put my own mobile number in the system changed the delivery address to mine - the billing address. Not easy!! I'm sure it's user error but other systems are less confusing.

The outer card is good but am disappointed in the actual gift card which is now always a boring white or black in colour. Wish you still did the 3Dgift cards and or gift cards with same picture on as the outer card.

Sent for this with other clothes items stating estimated delivery 7 days hence. All the items came 3 days later except for gift card which arrived on 23rd November, nearly a week later than the clothes. Wanted to send this through post with birthday card but arrived too late. How can it take so long to receive a gift card! Won’t be risking that again.
