Disappointing and overpriced
No, I don't recommend this
Disappointing quality, certainly for the price. The base is just a piece of flimsy linen-coated plastic which squashes and bends when you pick it up. We bought this for our study, but the bulb also sits too high in relation to the shade, so the naked bulb can be seen from the top of the lamp. Not a nice look, nor the soft light effect you’d hope for. Having purchased many lamps from M&S, sadly this is not the quality I’ve been used to.
