No, I don't recommend this
The hard, sharp plastic pointy applicator is not for me! Its too harsh and quite sore for the delicate part of my eye. I don't think it spreads very well either.

Yes, I recommend this
Like this Pixi eye serum. A little goes a long way and the tube lasts for ages. Refreshes my eyes and any bags underneath them are slightly diminished. On my second tube and such good value during the 20% off promotion.
