Delivery address input not clear so one set of flowers came to me - needs to be much clearer as most purchases will be gifts. This problem also found by a friend. Cost to me £50 instead of £25 as I had to order a second set which were of very poor quality and the person receiving them had to go through the process of complaining - not what you want when someone is unwell. 2nd set delivered and in perfect condition. I will look at other sites in future

The pink blooms were delivered closed, as buds, and rotted off before they opened. Very disappointed as this was a gift.

They arrived looking fresh and beautiful and was at first delighted with my purchase. So much so that I ordered exactly the same for my friend the same day. I followed the instructions about cutting the stalks and displayed in a vase. They looked great for the first few days and then began to look tired. I recut the stems but a couple of days later the petals began to fall. I was very disappointed that none of the closed buds opened at all and they had all completely died within six days. I think other flowers are better value from M and S.

Made the most wonderful mistake and ordered these for my mum and forgot to change the delivery address and they came to me. So very beautiful flowers and if you change the water regularly and cut off a bit of the stem, they continue to open and much to my amazement lasted for weeks. Just order them again.
