Terrible Quality

Had to return them because the heel on the right shoe was 1/4” higher than the heel on the left, made my knee hurt after walking 2 miles and I don’t have any knee pain or issues.

This shoe had a great fit. I wear a 7 1/2 but can also wear a size 8. It was recommended to size up. The size 8 fit perfectly. I couldn’t ask for a better fit or more comfort.

Quality control problems

TL;DR: 2nd pair fits differently from the first. I bought these shoes last year, and they were pretty good. I've had problems with one of my feet (metatarsalgia - pain under the balls of my foot), and I need wide shoes. I also walk a lot, generally about 10K steps a day, so I go through shoes pretty quickly. The first pair of these shoes in size 7D was awesome. The 2nd pair in the same size was really narrow, and flared up my metatarsalgia, so they killed that foot in just a 20 minute walk. It seems like New Balance has become more inconsistent with their QC and sizing.

I wasn't sure I'd like these. They look great and were affordable - normally a no-go for someone with wider feet. I was wrong. These are very comfortable, and they look great. I was so happy with my first pair, I bought a second pair. These are SO worth the money!

The material was good and I loved the color but it runs really small. I chose .5 smaller than my regular size because my size wasn’t available and not even half of my foot could fit inside the shoe. Runs really small, recommend sizing up.

Defective Product

Was super excited to wear these on my new walking pad but one heel is 1.5 16th’s of an inch higher than the other, this is significant enough to cause me knee pain on the leg wearing the taller shoe after a 2 mile walk (im 30 I don’t have existing knee pain at all). Very unhappy with the quality and will be returning for a refund.

these shoes are light and airy. perfect summer shoe. was first concerned that the Wide was not enough for my feet. opened up the laces a little, and it is very comfortable . New Balance takes better care of my feet than I do!
