Great quality lovely dress

Absolutely perfect dress for girls who want something colourful and want to twirl. Lovely cotton, easy wash at 30/40 with other coloured items and dry (I put on heated clothes airer) no fading (on 6th wash and wear) Really good quality and the poppers on the shoulder make it so easy to get on and off. No fraying or snags. Well done frugi.
