I love this shirt. It's cool and crisp (and stays crisp after washing). It's a neat cut, not too boxy, and looks really smart. The edging stitching makes it interesting. The sleeves are roomy - I hate a sleeve that restricts in any way. I ordered a 12 and a 14, and kept the 12. I'm a 34D who's a 12 but strays into a 14 on occasion, 5'3" and long-legged, so let that be your guide. It's helpfully mid-hip length on me, but will be more like the model photos on a tall person.
