Start the day with a slice of cake and a warming cup of tea with our parent and baby mornings. Join other parents and their little ones every Tuesday from 9:30 to 11:30 am in selected M&S Cafés. Enjoy a free slice of cake, pastry or a fruit pot when you buy any hot drink. Simply join the parent hood network, activate the offer and scan your Sparks card to snag your treat. Our cafés are breastfeeding-friendly and have baby-changing facilities, so you can relax.

The parent hood is a network of new parents, from pregnancy to two years old, who have access to exclusive treats and helpful advice. Snag offers like 10% off baby grows for a whole year. Learn the best tips and tricks from our exclusive content, including videos and articles packed with advice – from weaning tips to nutritionist-approved recipes for parent and baby. Let us know your baby’s arrival date when signing up, and we’ll tailor your experience to their stage.
