Spring Bright Bouquet

I bought these flowers as an Easter present and my friend really enjoyed them. They still look fresh days later

Bought as an Easter flower gift and they went down extremely well.

The first bouquet was received as a Mother's Day Gift and the flowers started to die almost immediately but I managed to keep the semblance of a bouquet for six days. I contacted M&S and after numerous e-mails/telephone calls they supplied a second bouquet of the same type but this only lasted seven days. Overall I was not impressed.

Purchased these flowers for a gift and the recipient and I were delighted, the arrangement was more beautiful after 1 week.

Bought as a present for partner's birthday. Have always been pleased with M&S flowers, but these were really, really disappointing. The two roses that were included had to be thrown out, as their stems had snapped. More green leaves than flowers. Not at all happy with them.

My wife had joked for many months when any parcel arrived, "That will be my flowers"! So I decided to surprise her and ordered these. She was delighted to see such beautiful flowers. Sadly they only lasted 5 days.

The roses never gained turgidity despite 3 attempts at reviving including plunging into hot water and puting a pin throught the base of the flower head to release the air block.. Consequently from day two the bouquet looked past its best and by day 3 other flowere were dead.

I purchased these flowers for my mum. Delivery was on time but unfortunately the box was so wet that the delivery driver had to hand it to my mum at the door as it was close to falling apart. The flowers inside were cold and wet and unfortunately the roses shriveled and fell apart by the following day. I am disappointed as I expected a much better quality for this bouquet.

Bought for a 50th Birthday gift so I didn’t see it in person but the recipient (our niece) was delighted with it.

On 13th March I had a £45 bouquet of flowers delivered, 4 stems were dead and mouldy and now one week on, the roses heads bend over and dead, 2 roses dead before 5 days, now antirinums bend over not opened up, blue flowers dropping petals and dead too, very disappointing indeed

I bought these flowers for my Wife for Mother's day and had them delivered the day before. On Mother's day the yellow roses were already drooping. I tried to find a link on the web site and could only find a phone number. My Wife phoned on the Monday and M&S arranged for a second bunch to be delivered the following Saturday. No yellow roses this time and I waited until Monday evening before responding, just in case. I can tell you that all the flowers are still bright and alive. Great recovery M&S, thank you.

It was a really beautiful bouquet that my friend has appreciated.

I bought this lovely bouquet for my Mum for Mothers day. The order was a little late in being delivered - stated between 11:57 & 13:57, it arrived at 15:30. The packaging was sufficient and intact though after unboxing a couple of flower heads had become detached and were loose in the box. Not exactly the kind of quality that I associate with the M&S brand.
