Collared Relaxed Denim Jacket

Been looking for a casual spring/summer jacket for a while. Don't often follow social media trends/ viral items but succumbed to this one. Tried several styles from M&S as well as other stores . Rare to find a denim jacket that is lined as it makes a difference. Often find denim jackets a bit hard and unforgiving on skin without another layer. However the lining takes care of that. Like the style of sleeves too which is generous and allows for wearing an extra layer ( jumper or cardigan ) if need for cooler weather without bunching up so chose this jacket over others for more versatility. Also the regular sized jacket is cropped. For a petite person at 5'1" the jacket sits on the hip. It doesn't looked cropped on me but the shorter length on a petite person actually fits well and sits where a petite length may sit. Also being a wheelchair user and being seated shorter jackets that do not fall below the hip are ideal. Also the utility style shape is great for fuller busts allowing plenty of room to close front and again add a layer under if needed without straining. To wash would recommend using 2/3 colour catcher sheets to make sure denim dye doesn't stain the cream collars blue in the wash.

Love this jacket, especially the contrasting collar. The style and fit of the jacket is excellent. I like the shorter style as it is more flattering. I bought a size 12 as the 14 was too big. Will be a summer staple for me. Good value, excellent quality.

Loved this jacket as soon as I saw it. Had to downsize from my usual size, but really pleased with it. Looks great with cream jeans. Pity that the collar isn’t detachable so that it could be washed. Great jacket for every season.

I bought this jacket because as soon as I saw it I wanted it. I wore it twice and loved it. However, needed washed because my makeup stained the light collar. I washed it on its own and followed the instructions, BUT the dark blue from the jacket discoloured the collar. I took it back to M&S and they gave me a refund with no bothered. I really wanted to buy the same jacket again because I liked it so much, but there was no point. It would have been ideal if the collar was detachable, as that would allow the collar to be washed with the whites and jacket with the darks. If any knows how to wash it without the collar dicolouring please let me know.I scored quality and material low, just because what happened after it got washed.

Havent worn it yet but very pleased with the quality . Have other denim jackets but the white collar makes it different. Ordered size 6 which is true to size. Quite roomy

Love this jacket it’s is very good quality with a lovely cotton lining. The shape is perfect and fits well with jumper or T-shirt underneath.

Really nice jacket but almost too cropped? It stops at a really strange point of the torso. I had to try a bigger size to make it feel less like a bolero and more like a jacket
