Checked Midi Skater Skirt

This skirt was strange - winter pattern but a very thin summer weight fabric. Like other reviews I found it tight on the waist but ok on hips and length. It was very badly creased on arrival and the pattern is not very summery. I had thought if would be useful going into autumn but it is far too thin. Returned it.

Ordered 2 dresses and this skirt. Didn't even try any of them on as when I opened the bag they smelt as though they'd come from a second hand shop. I definitely wouldn't want to wear them.

Kept it for hot summer days, like the style and pattern.

This is a lovely skirt and very swishy! Beautiful cut with the pattern and agree with others it's a little snug around the waist. Versatile enough to wear with boots and jumper or a shirt in the summer as the skirt isn't too thick and I could add a slip for an extra layer if needed. A great all-rounder for the wardrobe.

this is a nice style and material but it is very small for size and was too long. Sadly I have had to return it

fits beautifully and will be a very versatile piece of workwear. can be teamed up with a variety of colours and textures and still looks great.

Love this skirt even though it reaches my ankles (5’2”). It is a lovely swooshy style perfect for Spring and goes really well with M&S cotton jumper in pink (actually looks beige). Looking forward to wearing it

This skirt is a nice fit, a good length, and hangs and moves well. Will be great when the weather warms up!

I was attracted to this skirt because the pattern actually matches down the front, which makes the item look so much smarter. The waist band is very small,so I would advise ordering a larger size than normal. The skirt is smart and different from most on offer, plus it is well made.

I really like this skirt: lovely print, good quality material and as the description says, very flattering and great for warmer workdays. However, it does not have an elasticated waistband! I am not sure why M&S cannot get even the basics right! I am going to have to return it as it's not only not elasticated but it's a very small 14.
