Checked Ankle Grazer Trousers

I ordered these online in my usual M&S trouser size which generally fit like a glove. When they arrived I knew they would be perfect ... colour, style, quality, length but when I tried them on I was gutted that I could barely zip them up and no way could I fasten the waistband. I was glad to see the bigger size was still available so promptly ordered another pair. I’ve got to say these only just fit me around the waist but I’m prepared to breathe in when wearing them as I love them. I can’t afford to gain an ounce in weight though or I fear they will split and bare my bottom if I bend down!!

After reading the reviews I ordered these in 14Long - they fitted on my waist but were looser on my legs, even though it said 'slim fit'. I normally wear size 12. They are more 'pink' than the online picture.

I loved these trousers: they fit perfectly and received many compliments on how good they looked. Unfortunately, after wearing them for only a couple of hours the material on the left leg was scuffed and coming away as fluff. I've bought many items from Marks and Spencer and I'm seriously disappointed.

I am a firm fan of M&S trousers and always buy a size 10 - these were a very baggy fit around the thigh area. my main problem with them is they have no stretch so when you bend your knee the trousers ride up and don't go back down - I felt as though I would spend all day pulling the trousers back down to my ankles so had to return them

Nice trousers but found them a bit on the small. I am normally a size 10 but found these a bit neat across the thighs

Waited ages for these trius really to come in. Got them delivered and couldn’t even get them shove my thighs. Tried my other m&s trousers on in the same size and fitted perfectly. So disappointing. They also had threads coming off them

Pattern did not match on both legs at the front but did on the back. Dude Sean's did not match which was very unflattering.Had to go up a size and 3rd time lucky found an acceptable pair.

I have worn these trousers with a pink coast was stopped twice to be asked where I had bought them. My only complaint about them was the sizing I can’t believe how small they are I’m usually a size 12 with M&S but had to have a 14 and they fit quite snug. Why oh why can you not get the sizing right, I used to be able to buy size 12 and know they would fit

Loved these trousers great colour & style but like other reviewers I had to go up a size so they fit on hips but are a bit big on waist

The ft of the trousers leaves much to be desired. They have a disproportionately small waist and despite being described as slim leg, the legs are baggy. The fabric is quite thick so would be a warm option for the winter but the check pattern looks awful as it is mismatched and no way symmetrical. On the pair I had the horizontal lines matched but the vertical lines didn't match on the legs giving a weird appearance. Maybe this is a picky dressmaker's eye but they are poorly made.

I personally found these trousers to be very unyielding with the material used. They fit, however if I sat down in them it would be quite uncomfortable. I loved the print but also found the material to be a bit itchy scratchy. Wish they fitted a bit better, then I would have kept them.

As I am a large size 12 in trousers I ordered a size 14 as the size 12 were sold out. Loved the colour, check and material. The size 14 unfortunately were large around my thighs. Very baggy around my bottom. Sadly returned them as they were too big.

Great quality and super stylist trouser. Can be dressed up or down to suit any occasion. Check them out for yourself.

I am always a size 12 in trousers, but I'm pretty sure these are a uk 8 with a 12 label! I am a small 12, that can fit into a 10 but these are super small and tight! It's such a shame because I know they are slim fit but that should not affect the waist size. I wouldn't expect such discrepancy in sizing at Marks and Spencer! Quite disappointing, just hoping I can get the size up now because the colours and style are just perfect! I wish i had read the reviews about sizing before purchasing as it seems its a common issue!
