Cashmere & Merino 2250 Pocket Spring Medium Mattress

I am really pleased with this medium firm king-size mattress, it's so very comfortable especially with the built-in and so cosy pillow topper. The mattress sits quite high on the M&S bed frame I purchased with it, but well worth the climb to get into bed.(like ascending Everest) but with the bonus of sleeping in the clouds. I always turn my mattress regularly, this one is particularly heavy and needs two people to carry out the task, fortunately it only needs to be turned head to toe due to the pillow topper.

I have had this mattress for 5 years and it now dips in the middle despite following all the turning and care instructions. M&S refuse to replace under the terms of the guarantee thus rendering the guarantee pointless.

I bought the super king mattress and have been extremely disappointed with it. After 6 months of using and rotating frequently the mattress sags where both people lie. We now have a mountain ridge running down the middle of the bed between the both of us. The issue is with the topper where the filling moves out to the sides and it can't be moved back in. Apparently this is due to wear and tear! I would genuinely avoid.

Bought king size mattress for my daughter. She has slept on it for just over 2 years and there is a now a definite sag in the middle . You feel as if you have to climb to get to the edge of the bed . She is now complaining about a sore back. Worst mattress we have ever had and it is more annoying because it was quite expensive.

It’s an amazing quality and super comfortable. It makes my bed ridiculously high but I have had a lovely sleep on it and very fast delivery....7 days!

Bought this mattress a year ago. Was shocked how high it was felt like climbing onto a horse! Now so used to it, so comfy bad back has totally gone. Needs 2 people to turn as so so heavy. Mattress topper makes you very hot in summer..only downside

I am used to the quality of M&S mattresses and had been advised on line by one of their customer service team that this mattress is firm with a soft pillow top. Having tried to sleep on it for the past two nights, this is the firmest, most uncomfortable mattress I have ever experienced. My previous M&S pillowtop mattress was comfortable from the first night. Now I dread going to bed and last night even contemplated going to sleep on the settee in the lounge. Buying a mattress online, untried, relying on other people's reviews I have found is far from unsatisfactory.

The first impression is how big and tall it is. It adds some height to the bed and it takes time time to get used to it. It is firm but very comfortable. Iused to get back pain with my 10 year old mattress before, but now I have sound sleep and I don't get the aches in the morning. I would recommend it tall this who have an ageing mattress and those get backache particularly in the morning.

We took a long time to look around in ALL the Bed Shops and Stores. However the best for value and comfort was the one from M & S. The Sales Advisor was fantastic with a great deal of knowledge. There was no charge for delivery (other shops charged) it was the lowest price out of all the other retailer for removing the old mattress. The Sale Advisor was also able to tell us want was going to happen to the old mattress - Well Done M & S

We bought this amazing mattress & pillow topper recently and what a difference it has made to our sleep. It’s so comfortable and cosy, a reasonable price. Brilliant delivery where the two lovely drivers carried it upstairs and placed it on my bed, nothing was too much trouble for them.
