Love these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving my Brooks trail runners. They fit my feet well. They do, however run a bit narrow in the toes and the sole seems a bit less cushy than my previous pair.

Felt small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes fit tight for me. I’ve owned Brooks for many years. I usually buy ghost and decided to get these instead. I have returned them and will get ghost again.

Worth it!!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most comfortable run/walk shoe I have ever used. It is stable on trails and has great cushioning. There was no break in necessary. It fit and felt good from day one. I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love all of my shoes from Brooks! The Cascadia is no different. I love the weather resistance as I’m moving from inside to outside often with my job. The only problem I’ve encountered is that they seem just a tad larger in size than my other Brooks. I wear an 8.5 but with the Cascadia, I seem to have more loose foot room and it’s does cause minimal slippage when I walk. I don’t know if because they are more of a hiker shoe, am I to be wearing thicker socks? Regardless, I do love them anyway. When in doubt…but Brooks! You can’t go wrong!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the cascades 19. Super comfortable. But honestly, the ghost 16 are my favorite. I have 4 pairs. I wish you would bring them back. I’ve had both my ankles fused, so I don’t run, and the support they give me are super. Thank you. I own 8 pair of brooks👍👍👍

Moab with no blisters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wore these in Moab, UT. 25 miles hiking and rock scrambling in two days, not one complaint. These were perfect!!! I did half size up. Usually 8.5, I got a 9

Fit is good, durability is terrible.

Comfortable and fit well. The heel on the upper is already wearing through after 1 month of occasional use. I’ve been careful to always unlace them before putting on and taking off to try and avoid this problem but it’s already starting. Also, it would be really nice to have more than 1 color choice for wide shoes.

I purchased a 7 1/2 Wide womens due to bunions. I like that there is less cushioning than the Ghost, these should are light weight and do not make my feet hurt. My feet feel happy at the end of the day!

Great tread and width, little longer to break in
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
As a female with a wide foot, I don't have a lot of choices. Usually, the "wide" isn't wide enough. That is not the case with this trail runner. The toe box is nice and wide. Very comfortable. The treads are awesome! I do not fear slipping on the trail with these. My previous versions of the Cascadia were comfortable out of the box. These took 3 short runs to break in before they felt ready for a longer run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved the color and wanted to so much to enjoy these shoes. The cushion seemed just right, but unfortunately they were just too heavy of a shoe and had really no grip for rockier mountain terrain. They felt like bricks on my feet after longer runs and slipped on the terrain on the decent of the mountain. Not to mention that my heal kept slipped and sliding in the shoe. I would like the suggest that the shoe be lighter an a narrower and midsole....they would of been perfect! I really appreciate the run happy guarentee....I did return them. But disappointed as I loved the color and the cushioning. I just need a great shoe for the mountains trails, I really didn't need a less technical terrain as I love the Brooks divide 5 for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time wearing the Cascadia and I really like it. The toe box is a little wider, which is great for me. I initially bought this shoe, because of the color, but I will continue to wear this style.

My new favorite hike and climb shoe
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My running days are done, however, hiking and climbing adventures are my new passion. My old hikers were not keeping me safe on slippery surfaces. Cascadia 19 does this and more with a snug fit, excellent calcaneal and arch supports. Thank you for evolving my active shoe choices!

Not for my foot
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
The shoe constricted my right foot to point that it was painful and very uncomfortable. I’ve always bought Brooks since 1995 but these shoes had sock-like netting inside & near shoe laces. I think this was the problem.

I’ve been using this trail runner since version 17 and have always loved it. But I must say the redesign on version 19 is spot on. I have already exhausted a pair and on to my second pair.

did not work for me
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
these trail runners did not work for me. There was too much cushion and bulk. I did not feel like ai had a fit sneaker and it just felt clunky. I previously wore Divide for a few models and they evolved and the last pair felt stable on the trails but also comfortable and safe for terrain. I will have to look for other trail runners made by other companies since they appear to have discontinued Divide.
