Color Lighter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my sand/primer/starfish today. The sand color is lighter than expected. Maybe will get darker once I take them out to trail.

The Best Trail Shoe
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: These are extremely durable shoes (thank you Brooks… I can always rely on your gear to last years) and are supportive as well. They did have a break in period where my ankle did blister but I would say that is normal for shoes which will last. I intermittently used my pair of Cascadia for walking, running and hiking for 4 yrs in a variety of conditions (mud, sand, light snow, rocks, dirt). My feet never ached or felt fatigued and my ankles had enough support and enough room for movement. They are fast drying if you get them wet in trail. Grip is perfect if you are looking for help with precision with your step. I had a knee surgery during the time I was wearing these shoes and lost stability in one leg briefly but I intentionally chose to wear these shoes for walking on a gravel rec path and they offered me stability when my body didn’t. Once I hit the max mileage on these shoes I tried 2 different competitor trail shoes just because I liked the colors offered. My brief experience with the non-brooks shoes confirmed how great the Brooks shoes are: in the non brooks, I ended each outing with my feet aching and those non-brooks shoes looked super dirty and held onto dirt while my brooks seemed pretty stain resistant. The material of the non-brooks was also showing pulling/tearing after just a few uses while my years-old brooks had never torn. I would enthusiastically recommend this shoe!

I love them. I think these are some of the best most comfortable shoe since I can’t get the ghost 16 anymore. Just need a lot more colors. Bright ones👍👍

Great comeback!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cascadia is back!!! I ran in Cascadia for years, since their inception. However, due to the changes over the past several years, particularly the stiffness and lack of ground feel, I had to find a different shoe. I read so many reviews raving about the 19 I decided to give them a try again, and boy did they deliver. They are smooth and easy to roll through. The cushion is forgiving but not overly soft or marshmallowy. The faster I ran the better they felt. The tongue is comfortable but not too thick. I am REALLY happy I tried them! changed too much,

Good looking, fit didn't work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so hopeful that the Cascadia would work for the icy/snowly paved trails in my area. The tread looked promising, but the fit didn't work for me. I suponate slightly and the outside edge of the shoe felt uncomfortable to me. I ended up returning these.

Great for trail running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been on the hunt for a trail running shoe and was stoked to finally find these - they are exactly what I needed. I normally wear Adrenalines for road running and these have a similar fit for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe is pretty but the back is too low. It slips off while walking. And even though it is a wide shoe, it does not allow for a thick foot.

Happy Trail Running
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first pair of Brooks Cascadia, and it fits me well. I've run so far on trails with packed dirt, gravel, and grass so far. Very comfortable, some bounce, and light weight for me. I'm looking forward to running woodsy trails and more elevation in the near future.

Best version of the Cascadia yet!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the toe in this new version! Generally a great update finally! I’ve been faithful to the Cascadia since the mid single digit versions and they’ve had ups and downs, but so far these are my favorites with solid footplates and comfortable all over.

Love Cascadia Trail shoes!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
Love these! So lightweight, great grips for shale and steeper rock slopes on the hiking trail. I wear orthotics, so I remove the insole and replace with my orthotics….I usually wear a size 8-8.5 in regular shoes, so order a size 9 for all my Brooks shoes…fits great!

Great trail shoe
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cascadia is a great trail shoe. I prefer the Caldera because they are much more comfortable on my feet, but I like having a couple different shoes to choose from. These have worked well for me on technical trails, but are less comfortable on gravel roads for training.

Best Brooks yet!!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
I love Brooks and that I can just order the size I wear and they always fit perfectly! Replaced my older Brooks glycerin with these and even on high walking days, my heel pain has nearly disappeared! Will be ordering another pair for when this one wears out and might replace my work Brooks with these when I get a new job!

Just not wide enough.
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these so much. I love Brooks and wanted to get away from Hoka. But they weren't wide enough for me. I got the wide, but they just didn't work, even with lacing them differently. Otherwise, they feel great, not too soft, which is what I didn't want. I will keep looking for a wide trail shoe.

Great for wet and uneven hikes
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all my Brooks, and wore them before they became so popular. I purchased the new Cascadia 19 to wear hiking Hanging Rock and nearby trails. These were outstanding! The trails had lots of huge unlevel rocks, mounds of newly fallen leaves, and light rain which would have otherwise been very slippery. I liked not worrying about my feet getting wet, too!

GREAT trail & camp shoes!
Originally posted on brooksrunning.com
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, comfortable, and heavy duty 4x4 running shoes! These are great at the camp to run on the dirt/gravel terrain. I did find that I had to go with wide as they were more snug across the middle of my foot than my Ghost. After that - fabulous!
