WE’RE SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE’S MENTAL HEALTH

Five children in every classroom struggle with their mental health. At M&S we know how much the mental health of young people matters to our customers and colleagues. No young person should feel alone, and no adult should feel lost when they want to help.
That’s why, in October 2023 we launched our biggest ever charity partnership with YoungMinds. So far, the partnership has raised an incredible £1.4million which will enable YoungMinds to reach 460,000 young people. The funds will help them to manage their own mental health with easy-to-access advice online, it will also support 124,000 adults through their Parents Helpline and provide 5,000 schools mental health resource packs.
But our work has just begun, with your help we’re aiming to raise £5 million over the next three years. This will support seven million young people and the adults in their lives – that’s twice as many as before.
We can all pitch in so that young people never have to feel alone. Together, we’ve got this.
