Line a 23cm square baking dish with greaseproof paper.

Melt the white chocolate (2 bars), golden blond spread (150 g), butter (25 g) and a pinch of salt in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water.

Once melted, stir in the rice pops (60 g), marshmallows (100 g), marshmallows (50 g), pistachios (50 g) and desiccated coconut (25 g).

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and allow to set in the fridge for 50 minutes, or until firm.

Cut into 16 squares.

If you like, serve with a ‘golden blond latte’ – add a spoonful of the blond chocolate spread from the fridge cake to a milky coffee. Serve with whipped cream and blond chocolate shavings.
