Beaded Tie Side Bikini Bottoms

Bought for my daughter who loves the fit of these bikini bottoms

Not as ridiculously small as the matching bikini bottom (!) but still cut far too small. This feels very ‘made in China’ in terms of sizing and is not up to M&S’ usual standard or accuracy in sizing. As a brand that markets itself to relatively well off, middle-aged, fully grown adult consumers, this is disappointing. Feels like something I’d pick up in a teenaged fashion outlet, or on holiday at a cheap market, in terms of sizing. Size up at least two sizes, or look elsewhere for more accurate sized swimwear. Shame as a gorgeous looking bikini but just no good for adult women, at least not adults over UK size 6/8 in my opinion, unless you’re happy to have half your bum hanging out and do not plan on doing ANY actual swimming, as I imagine it would come straight off if you tried. Dane for the bikini top which frankly was cut even smaller than the bottoms and would only work on very pert A/B cup women. Okay bikini for lounging by the pool to work on your tan, but definitely far too small and skimpy for the vast majority of women who shop at M&S. Maybe they are trying to attract a different type of customer? M&S Size 12 (which is what I ordered in the brown bikini) is more like a UK size 8. I am a size 10 (European 38) so the size 12 should’ve fit me generously. I weigh around 60kilos and am tall (172cm/5’7) and slim and not particularly curvy or busty. Most shops I am a size 10. I am a Small in M&S usually! This bikini was so small, I’d be embarrassed to be seen in it. Looks like I stole it from a teenager! Will be returning due to inaccurate sizing. Would only work for private sunbathing in the back garden where no one could see me. Sort it out, M&S!

Great bikini for the money. Size 14 for me fit perfectly (I frequently size down on bottoms) but the right size looked better.. really nice colour and nice with beads.
