You cannot tell if the person received the gift or has accessed the email …there should be a receipt confirming it has been received /accessed otherwise M&S are taking the money and the voucher isn’t used

love sending mands gift cards. Unfortunately this recent ecard went to the recipients spam acct... and wasnt received on their wedding anniversary date... When no acknowledgement from the recipients of gift or notification from mands I made further enquiries... mands was very efficient in dealing with my enquiry but unfortunately the anniversary gift was late which was disappointing and didn't arrive on the date requested..

Adequate but a bit disappointing.
The "card" is a Voucher as sold but as an e-card it prints in an un-foldable A4 format with Ts&Cs dominant and the decorative panel poorly placed. Compare to Amazon to see how it should be done. Disappointing
