It is always risky buying an artificial plant online as it is hard to see the quality until it arrives. This is not that case with the M&S orchid which looks very realistic and is excellent value for money. Similar plants from other suppliers cost much, much more and some are less realistic.

I like the plant but 2 days after unpacking I found a chip.I am not returning as I don’t trust that another one will be sent (recent issues with another plant x2) The packaging was very good and was just the plant on its own..The chip could have been there prior to being sent?
