Great looking but a nightmare to self build

The bookshelf looks great but it was a horrible piece to build. Due to lockdown we couldn’t get the build service from M&S and we found 2 other arlo pieces fine to build but this one was incredibly difficult and still doesn’t look right

Superb Quality and Style

I am so pleased that I took advantage of the 25% offer - I normally ignore all offers emailed to me, but this time, I actually viewed the options and am delighted with it. This bookcase ticks all the boxes, it is extremely well designed and 'solid', so with the sections being a good height and depth, it accommodates my many heavy books of varying sizes and other items. I had looked at other bookcases foremother well known retailers, but preferred the string, of this, particularly the way that the shelves are section, which allows me to organise books into different categories, whilst not having a completely solid back, enables you to display electrical items on it, and makes it not so imposing in a small space. I cannot fault this item at all - even my designer boyfriend is impressed by it!! It is value for money as it is such a versatile piece of furniture, and is suitable for a small room. The delivery and assembly went smoothly. Thank you, for such a great product!

Have been looking for a nice bookcase for a while and this has exceeded my expectations. Purchased with 30% off on bank holiday weekend. This is really solid, neat and with plenty of room for books and ornaments. Ideal for small houses. M&S service was quick and accurate to delivery time. Put together very quickly by two very nice guys. Thanks M&S from a very satisfied customer.
