I am NEVER EVER without this product.. fortunately I don't suffer from acne but occasionally get the worst spot flare up.. I apply the gel at nighttime and by morning the spot is on its way out.. only a tiny bit needed and I can immediately feel it working. I read the review about someone complaining about the size let me assure you this gel lasts a long time and only the smallest amount is needed.. I have been an absolute fan of this for years and can't recommend highly enough, I don't really write reviews but in this case I really have to..
