Sizing all wrong - but nice pattern

Not sure what's going on with this brand and its sizing. I bought this in a size 12 but it was small across the shoulders and quite short. I didn't feel I could move about in it well - it's not me as my weight is the same - I checked as I was surprised with this. I had to return it. The pattern is lovely though and nice texture - just odd sizing. A size 12 is more like a size 8.

A new me
