A lovely crisp alternative to Sauvignon Blanc
Yes, I recommend this
Having been introduced to this Argentinian white wine in a restaurant, I tried to source it and found that M&S stocked it, result. It is a luscious crisp white wine, I am not normally a fan of Riesling but combined with the native Torrontes grape, the wine is dry but not palate stripping. Heavy on the grapefruit but in a different way to a Sauvignon Blanc. Goes fabulously with seafood or just to drink on it's own. At £10 a bottle it is not cheap but when purchased on the 20% off promotion, it works out at £7.50 and is well worth it in my view.
