Short shelf life
No, I don't recommend this
Don't buy this unless the person receiving it plans to eat everything within a short space of time. Very short shelf life on the cakes - two were out of date when opened by the receiver of my gift. Apparently, it's in the small print saying " most will last minimum of two day on receipt".

Purchased for my brother who is in hospital. He was delighted. He was impressed with the cake sizes (normal not minis). Especially the lemon drizzle (his taste) The sell by dates were til 10 January, which wasn’t bad considering the delivery date was 29 December. All in all a surprised and happy brother. He did share the cakes with staff but informed me he loved the chocolate biscuits too much to share and ate them all within a few days. He’s taking the tin of tea bags home with him as soon as he can. Bless. Xxxxxxx
