Disappointing quality and sizing problems

Having purchased my underwear from M&S for many years it is sad to find that these are of much lesser quality than previous items, particularly the coarseness of the stitching. Plus the sizing is all over the place - I am a slim(ish) 34" waist, and would usually take a medium size - but had to take an XL in this style to get a comfortable fit. So in summary: OK for the price but don't think I will be purchasing them again.

These are the only fabric covered waist elastic boxers hubby can where, uncovered elastic causes a rash, these are comfortable, keep shape, wear well, excellent value for money

Very disappointed with these pants. They have a single button fly and I found them very difficult to button up. In comparison I bought a five pack from a competitor with a simple 'keyhole' fly and they are far superior. Sorry M&S but these fell well below the standard I have come to expect from you.

I've bought these several times before because they have a cotton covered waistband. M&S used to do a variety of underpants with cotton at the waist, but these now seem to be the only ones left.My husband reacts badly to elastic waistbands, and I'm sure he isn't the only one. I wish M&S would bring back more choice of cotton covered waistbands. These particular underpants do not wear very well, which is why they are cheap, so I would not mind paying more for better quality. The Autograph ones used to be excellent.
