Old style vs new - oh dear !

Bought these style pants for many years but these new ones are not good. They are ‘skimpy’ and with no elastic in the legs, makes them uncomfortable. Unfortunately these are the very first pants from M&S that will not be bought again.

Fabric is far too stretchy to support the bound leg-holes, resulting in the openings being pulled across the buttocks. M&S have simply used the same pattern block as their regular (wonderful) panties but have not adjusted it for the fabric. Old-fashioned cotton interlock may have worked, but these are unwearable.

Really disappointed, fabric is different to the same set bought 12 months ago. No longer stretchy, fabric is thinner and they are smaller.

I have been buying midi knickers similar to these for years and years in the same size but the style has changed slightly now and the quality ... they didn't fit very well and gaped around the legs .. bit lacking in elastic there. I have given the four unused ones to the charity shop... hope they might fit someone else.

Quite nice material and low cut as described. More panties with patterns on in the pack would be nice. Biggest problem is that the leg is not elasticated. Unfortunately, this makes them not that suitable for male wearers.

I would have given 5 stars but the colours are a bit boring. Where are the nice bright pants you used to sell? I am a size 22 but always buy 16 in underwear as they seem to be so big ( everywhere not just m&S ). As always these fit perfect. Material nice and soft and wash well.

I've being buying and wearing Marks and Spencers underwear for years, I can't remember a time when I didn't shop here for my comfortable cotton undies. Having just bought two packs online I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the materials used. Gone are the days of a quality luxurious cotton product, and welcome to a cheaper thinner cotton that goes baggy after a few hours and no doubt will not last as long... I'd rather pay a bit more than have this cheap option but sadly this is the only option in cotton, everything else is made from synthetic materials. Sorry you've gone this way..
