Good product, parcel could not be located
The items are fine, however the branch lost the parcel and couldn't locate it. We spent 45 mins in the branch whilst they tried to locate it. Eventually they decided to recreate the order from stock in the store and luckily they were all in stock; this is unusual as normally they wouldn't be hence why the online order.
