Disappointing bra. Loved the pattern and the plain orange but unfortunately, the bras just don’t seem to fit really well. Cup sizes seem very small and the bands are very tight. The next size would probably be too big.

Favourite Balcony Bras

These balcony bras from M&S are my favourite. I always find them extremely comfortable and good value for a pack of 2 bras. I am a 38B. There's always a patterned one and a cordinating colour plain one. These are slightly padded (as most of these are) and I always buy wired bras and have never had a problem with the wires poking out. I have been buying M&S bras for over 40yrs! The info states there are matching Brazilian briefs but I also found a matching/cordinating 5 pack of high legs (which I prefer) and also bought those. I always buy a matching set of bra(s) and briefs.

It is difficult to get cotton rich underwear these days but these are comfortable, easy on the purse and always arrive promptly. Would definitely recommend to others that itch with lace/polyesters.

I purchased this bra set just a few months back and have worn both of the bras equally, approximately 4 or 5 times each. After the 4th wear of the blue/lilac one the wire came out under the arm. I pushed it back in in a hope it would stay there but sadly after the 5th time I wore it it came out again. I couldn't risk it in the washing machine so now sadly I only have one of the two left. Although they were reasonably price having to put one in the bin after so few wears makes it a rather pricey item for the quality.

I struggle with underwear due to allergic reactions but the cotton rich t shirt bra range in M & S works well for me. It is so lovely to have some more colours and patterns to choose from. I have the plain white too but dislike the 'skin' colour. The fabrics in this range are soft and the fit is true to size. The straps do not chafe and I rarely have any elastic marks at the end of the day.
