Zip design issue
No, I don't recommend this
These shorts would be perfect if the zip construction had been thought through a bit better. There’s a stitched seam all around the top, and not enough fabric either side of the zip has been left, meaning it gets caught at the top. The zipper itself is a very slim design so it’s really hard to pull up.

Band on the waist is small compared to overall make of shorts. The zip is extremely hard to pull down...so much so that my daughter wears them with the zip down an inch to be independent of help.
