EXTRA firm mattress!!
Good quality mattress, it is most definitely Extra firm & does take a bit of getting used to as our previous mattress was firm but not as much as this one. Having had it for a few weeks now and turned it regularly it seems to have improved comfort-wise.

Disappointed
We bought after seeing this mattress on display in the Longbridge store, unfortunately it has started to sag slightly where we lie on it, as it’s only a few weeks old we are a tad disappointed.

No, I don't recommend this
I never dreamed I would be writing this!!! I have a spinal condition and had the mattress a couple of years, initially it was brilliant but oddly has sagged significantly on one side and now unusable. It is still within warranty and if sold under todays 10year warranty would be less than half way through. Would I buy from M&S again - absolutely not.

Visited M&S Cribbs Causeway before visiting well known mattress and bed retailers. Very helpful assistant gave us all the information we needed and sat and led on the mattress for a while to try it. We decided to then go to the other retailers to check their products. Over a cup of coffee we decided that we could go round in circles checking other beds and felt that we had received such good service we would buy the mattress from M&S. We purchased the extra firm mattress and are very pleased with it. It is comfortable and can’t feel our partners move in the night. Having purchased the mattress we were told it could take a week or two for delivery but had a text on the way home to book a delivery slot. Booked Thursday, this was on Monday after 5.00. Arranged for old mattress to be picked up on Wednesday and new mattress delivered Thursday. Not a cheap mattress but very good value. Definitely recommend both the mattress and M&S for service and quality.
