Slightly unhappy customer Dinner service. Nice item. One plate was chipped on arrival. M&S customer service told me that i had to repack the dinner service and take it into a store for a replacement set. Didn’t have the time o energy for this so living with it. A little unimpressed. The dinner service is lovely but seems quite fragile.

Dawn McCash Artisan 12 piece dinner set I bought this set a few days ago and I am delighted with it. It is something a bit different… well done Marks and Spenser. I did not let the reviews of others put me off, when they write about a few marks and a bit of dust on the product, when they first remove the items from the packaging. The dust was easily removed with a wash in hot soapy water !!! I would recommend this dinner set to all people that like things that are a little bit different

LisaO123 Great dinner set Love these. They have a handmade quality about them as they’re not completely symmetrical. Been through dishwasher and microwave fine. I don’t like really large dinner plates and the dimensions are perfect.
