I bought the Under Armour OutRun the Storm Jacket for a bicycling trip in Slovenia and Croatia, specifically for rainy weather. On the very first day it rained, I got completely soaked — the jacket offered no protection at all. The description says it’s “super-water-resistant,” but that was definitely not my experience. The rain went right through the fabric and I was wet to the bone within minutes. Extremely disappointed, especially given the price and the promise that it would perform better than other rain gear.
