What info does not emphasise is that you can slide protector onto reverse side and catch zest or parmesan in it rather than spraying it around. Bought having used a friends which is best way for online purchases as some gadgets disappoint but not this one.

Iddle Very useful. How did I manage without it? Great for lemon or lime zest takes just the yellow/green skin with no bitter pith, much used.

Caterine K. I love a sharp tester! Very good on first use, but keep your thumb out of the way - I zested that too! The little plastic integrated scraper was less good - it fell off into my blender goblet, so I nearly liquidized it.

Chewbacca2012 Zester I was very disappointed with it , it took over two weeks to arrive, it not only took the rind off the Lemmon but the pith as well ,the blades were too long and dug in so it was very difficult to use , I won’t be using it again
