Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I have put one star as I didn’t see the flowers or order them. But!!! They were ordered in my name and my account by an M&S call centre employee. M&S said it was an error and will be dealt with. I got constant emails from M&S and Yodel about the purchase and the delivery. Spoke with 2 from Data Protection but was fobbed off. So I hope whoever got the flowers with afternoon tea are delighted
