Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I've ordered flowers from M&S for years and I'm sure you're aware of it but of late I've been very disappointed in the quality of your bouquets and plants I have sent. This recent bouquet had to be revived in a bowl of water and the roses didn't even open out properly. Although I've in the past asked for a resend I'm afraid I won't be doing this anymore and will not be sending bouquets or plants through M&S again. A disappointed customer of many years! One bunch of tulips were limp and the leaves turning yellow.
