Wrist & Ankle Weights

Just perfect and great value when compared with Bala Bangles. I wasn't really looking forward to collecting these as I read reviews after ordering. However they are really fab. Feel quite heavy and they shouldn't be any heavier as it's about resistance not weight-lifting. I wholly recommend to people who understand the concept of wrist-weights.

These are a great dupe for the LA based Bala Bangles at half the price. Really nice design - most ankle weights are clunky and ugly. These are easy to use and you can shift the weights to be more comfortable. I've used them on both my wrists and my ankles. Dropped a star as the description is wrong on the website, they are 1lb (0.5kg) not 1kg but I knew this due to other reviews. However the weight is enough of an addition for isolated movements and I can always double up when it becomes too easy!

These weights are described as two 1kg weights. They didn’t feel heavy enough so I weighed them on the kitchen scales and they were both under 500g each. Very misleading product description and expensive at that price

Ordered these as they say 2 x 1Kg weights in the description. Have been sent 2 x 1Lb weights so only around 1/2kg each!

I purchased this item a week ago along with the yoga mat and bag. I placed the weights around my ankle and raised my leg and could feel no difference at all. Either my leg is stronger than I thought but it did absolutely nothing for me even when I doubled them up. I gave them away to a friend.
