These wool-blend trousers are a versatile addition to any smart wardrobe. Part of our Autograph edit within the collection marking 100 years of M&S fashion, they draw on our archive while feeling completely current. Cut to a contemporary tapered fit from breathable performance fabric that resists creasing, they combine an elasticated waist and added stretch for all-day comfort with a single pleat for a neat look and a hook-and-bar, button and zip fastening. The pants were a gift for my son. He absolutely loved them. The colour and fit where perfect they looked great on him. He said they were super comfortable. You can dress them up or just wear them with a light sweater. All around a great purchase. Thank you M&S

Exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable, solid quality, high rise trousers. Only gave it 4 stars because the colour doesn't quite look like the photos (it's darker) and has a bit of sheen to it which also doesn't quite come across in the photos.

Absolutely fantastic trousers! The Trousers from M&S exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent, the material feels premium, comfortable, and very well made. These trousers are fantastic! The material feels and flows amazingly well for a wool blend. The fit is perfect and is helped further by the unique fastening of the reversible laces which you can pull tight and hide inside the trousers before fastening with the clasp and zip. This allows you to wear them without a belt if you so wish.

Like other reviews the fabric is surprising light, but very comfortable to wear. I would note in the product photos it shows some nice sharp creases, reinforcing the “smart-casual” look. The creases soon drop out during an evening’s wear - back to the lightness of the fabric.
