Wool Blend A-Line Skirt

yes material is a bit on the heavy side but on the other hand its the perfect cold weather skirt, love the solid plain affectionable style that makes it wantable and the colour is scrumptious only thing that it was a tad on the tight side and would go up a size ,

I was so disappointed this skirt was too small in the waist. I don't usually have a problem with a size 14 but this was way too small wouldn't even come together. Had to return & had sold out in larger sizes.

The colour is lovely, and the fit was good but unfortunately this skirt was so heavy it was uncomfortable to wear. The weight of it meant that it looked very bulky and not cosy and comfortable at all.

This is a true winter weight skirt I should have had a medium length which is now out of stock all sizes and lenghts. Small fit over the hips and waist - perhaps a size up would have been better Please restock in such a singing colour in both lenghts

This is a lovely skirt and I purchased in the Long length as I want to wear with boots. It is pretty heavy but as a winter skirt this will be fine. However I was really disappointed that given the wool material which can sometimes be itchy and price, it is not lined and have therefore marked as average because of it. That said I will be keeping it.

I thought I was really going to love this skirt but sadly I found the material very heavy and the fit on the small side. It just wasn’t for me. On the plus side it’s a beautiful colour.

Looking forward to this arriving but unfortunately its going back. Its so heavy when I picked it up I thought they had sent two until I opened the parcel and found only one! Pockets also gape so not good. such shame as a beautiful colour

But definitely not a 16 Had to be 14 or 12. All my skirts and trousers are m&s 16 so something very wrong here. And, of course, no more stock, very very disappointing

This skirt is stunning in colour and quality, however it was massive on me and very heavy. I’m a standard size 10, and 5ft2. The regular skirt was hanging off of me, and way too long. Such a shame, as it is a nice skirt!

This skirt is an absolutely lovely colour and I love it. However it is very heavy - think army greatcoat. It will be super warm through the winter.

Colour, length and shape of skirt was great BUT the material was thick and coarse more like a horse blanket!!

I like the colour of the shirt but that’s about it. Ordered on line and when it arrived I discovered it’s more of a heavy felt than the lighter weight wool I was expecting. As a result is not comfortable to wear and sits oddly ‘out’ in a stiff a-line. It’s on the small side. I’ll be returning it.

Like many others I was really looking forward to buying and wearing this skirt. The only good thing about it was the colour. I have been size 10/12 forever with M&S size 12 was so small at the waist I changed it for size 14. This fitted on the waist but the A line was like a tent. Even the lady on the counter when I returned it remarked how wide it was. Also the material was far too heavy. This is the third skirt I have returned this week. What’s going on here with the sizing. It’s no good if it fits on the waist but nowhere else. Incidentally the corduroy A line skirt is a perfect fit so it can be done.

I loved this and ordered it as soon as I saw it online but no way did it live up to my expectations. The material is horrendous! It reminded me of the fur on a teddy bear - great to cuddle up to in bed but no way to wear it without ended up with sweaty, fur covered legs! Loved the shape and the length but the material made it an immediate return from me.
