Yes, I recommend this
I wanted a substantial chopping board which would need to sit on my counter. The board is about an inch thick but isn’t shown in the pictures is the variation in colour across the blocks put together to make it. It looks very intrusive and busy on my counter which is why I am going to send it back. Shame!

Great chopping board. Well made. good quality wood. The grove catches all the crumbs which is great. The board is a little bit too heavy so someone with weak hands will have trouble lifting/washing it.
