Really nice shape and deep enough. Feels really nice to use. I am handwashing it gently and never leaving it to soak. After two weeks no sign of splintering unlike the slotted spoon which I bought at the same time. Very pleased. Will buy another so I have one for spicy/strong flavours and one for other uses.
