Great size and quality - finally!

After buying two lots of frames online from other stores and having to return due to imperfections I’d almost given up hope… Then I saw these in M&S and knew instantly they’d be perfect. They are a great size (I found most A4 frames to be huge as they contained excessively large mounts but these were just right!) They also contain actual real glass which many don’t these days. Therefore they have a lovely crystal clear finish. The edge of the frame is wrapped in a glossy covering which was finished perfectly on each frame with no imperfections! Hanging was relatively easy although we did find some variation in the positioning of the hooks on the back. Overall, for the money these are fantastic! I’d highly recommend.

I bought 4 and they were delivered promptly and were of high quality. I ordered a further 4 frames which were delivered timeously and picked in a huge box with cello bubble wrap. 3 out of 4 were of the same good quality. The 4 th was broken hen I unwrapped it. Quite sad s the others look very good on my walls.

Good quality but not perfect for hanging

I bought a pink one for a watercolour print since there is not an oak one. The soft pink is equally good and brings a warm ambience to my white wall. I am hanging the print in landscape but because of the stand on the back, the frame becomes not balanced on both sides so I have to adjust it from time to time. Have I missed something when hanging it onto a wall? This is why I have to take one star out of the rating.

Basic frame poorly made and damaged

I brought this for a present, click and collected from local store, brought home. Just opened to put picture in frame and it's really badly damaged. This is the 3rd inadequate Internet shopping experience I've had with M&S, no matter how desperate I am I won't be shopping with you again. The service and quality is appalling.

I have brought 2 of these for myself and 1 for a friend, they are really good solid well made frames. The colours I brought were black x2 and grey, well worth the money. Well done M&S, perhaps the same frames in larger sizes.

I am so pleased with my frames. They are very good quality and, what I also like, the back has sliding clips to hold everything together, not those fiddly bits of metal that tend to snap off after a while. Great value for the money. Will definitely buy more.
